Return conditions

We hope you are satisfied with your order. If this is not the case, we offer you the option to return the product. You can do this by returning the product at your own expense within 14 days. The product should preferably be unopened, not fully used or unreasonably damaged*. To recover the amount of your purchase, it is necessary to complete the return form below in full and do not forget to include the copy with your return. We cannot process your request without this return form. As soon as we receive the return form, we have a period of thirty days to refund the amount to your account. Returns will only be processed if they meet the conditions below.

The right of withdrawal does not automatically apply to our products as they are cosmetic hygiene products. Staudt Scar Cream will assess each request individually and will only accept returns if prior notification has been made and Staudt Scar Cream has agreed to take back the product.

Returns are at the buyer’s risk. Staudt scar cream is not liable for damaged or lost returned items.
